Pet Policy
The pet policy is two pets per apartment with no weight limit. No agressive breeds.
The deposit is $400.00 per pet with $150.00 as a non-refundable fee per pet. Pet rent is $10.00 per month per pet.
The community manager will have a pet interview prior to the resident moving in.
